    Thanks!

    Sure!
Wheel bearing started to fail after a 1500 mile road trip in the Tacoma out to glamas and up into the mountains of Yosemite

so I replaced the entire wheel bearing assembly on both sides

I am looking into Camburg rear ends to make sure the link set up is done right and no more wheel spacers.

Also saving money to pull off cage/link/back-half all in one sweep.

The truck is parked for now and doesn't see a whole lot of dirt at the moment, it needs a cage before I want to run it hard in the desert again.

Nice update Joel! That tablet mount is BA! What app or software are you running on it and it's an ipad in there right? Also is it hard bolted through the dash plastic?

if you dont feel like dropping 5k on a camburg or currie full floater look into one of these, i just sold my axle and may pick one of these up if my other plan falls through. there beefy as fuck and pretty cheap can probably build one all brand new depending on where you buy you can get the entire rear end minus the 3rd for under 2k

then all you needs a third

also need to talk to you soon bout some mob armor product for when the truck leaves the shop!

SoCal isn't too far from Arroyo Grande:boink::D

    Thank you!
I am going to pick up a set of Glass works unlimited flat top bedsides.

John over at Glassoworls unlim has been super helpful and quick to get me set up with a good deal.

Thanks! Yep, iPad mini 2 and the app is LeadNav its great. It is faster and as accurate as a Lowrance style GPS. The app is $20 but well worth it for non race guys like us.

I looked at those too! as long as they hold up its also a good option, I have just realized that I want to finish this truck right and once and for all. The TG housing and stuff looks nice and if I can't get some industry discounts on Camburg stuff you can bet I will be going that route.

I am in the middle of a parts grab and saving. Its going to be a while before my truck goes under the knife and Dirt Designs is mighty booked so its going to be a while :bananadead::tumbleweed:

You have my # hit me up! what kind of mounts are you looking for? Gotta get some tablet stuff for gps

The mount is just stuck to the dash, no bolts needed. Hook & loop tape also would work super well. When it goes in for a cage I will solid mount.

    One more update I missed.
Got a K&N intake and cone filter to keep all the dirty, dusty, and sandy air out of my motor finally!

Here is a pic from this morning and how the truck sits right now, my front fiberglass is getting painted to match and I will be mounting the new bedsides next weekend.
Also, I am in the market for new tires. My buddy will be going to Robby Gordons shop this week and I may be able to get some 35x17 toyo M/T take offs for cheap.
Also looking at the new KO2 from BFG.

As much as I love these bfg projects, they almost killed me in the snow back in early January so I will never be using these again. My truck is 4x4 and these things couldn't even come close to offering snow traction. I almost wrecked the truck because of these tires.

For sure, we are working on some race ready stuff for ipad and will have a full gps bundle set up soon

It is weird, I ordered one thing from PSC, got another and made it work. I don't think they sell a kit for the 4.0 for some reason but I have this exact thing

It is just a really nice step up from stock in quality, and the massive aluminum reservoir sheds heat and keeps the fluid slightly cooler. I have and additional cooler inline too to keep heat down and preserve the life of the rack and pump.

and fuck autozone pumps, they gave me two bad pumps in a row. The first one was defective out of the box!

Sweet, yea I figured some of that 3m extreme doublesided foam stuff could hold it but wasn't sure what you did. I'd really like to do the same at some point this summer, as well as a phone mount :D I knew I'd seen that name somewhere for the app, i just couldn't remember it

Also, how are you liking the headers? Did you ever get a video of the truck running with em on?

No video of the headers yet but I can tell you it sounds amazzzing and it didn't even get that much louder. The noticeable difference was torque, it gave the truck more punch from the start and I can pull 4th gear easy in the dunes when I used to ride 3rd.

Jordan can chime in about headers, hes going straight pipe if I recall with headers

Leaning towards local pick up only, shipping freight is a lot of work for me and I will probably end up losing money or breaking even lol
