I'm an avid mountain biker myself but can't see peddling out there being as fun as dirtbiking. I think we've got the better trails for non motor bikes here...

Yah, we are pretty spoiled out here

I like the exercise mountain biking. But I've never ridden a dirtbike, I'm sure I would love that too.

You would be surprised at how much work it takes on a dirt bike. Of course it doesnt count on a fire road...

Maybe you could try this year!

Dirt biking will wear you out. I used to race when I was really young but a few years back I went out a few times in the mosquito pass area. Omg I thought I was going to die  bringing me up the side of mountains and then straight down them. Fell off a few times. I was pretty scraped up and bruised.

I do both. If you love the feeling of shredding trails on a mountain bike you will absolutely love a dirt bike. I sold my dirt bike several years ago to help pay for school and pretty much only rode mountain bike for the last few years. As soon as I got out here I couldn't resist any longer so I got on Craigslist and suddenly I'm back into motocross.... don't ride one if you don't want another expensive hobby though....

For the guys that do ride, we should set up a track/trail day once the weather gets a little more 2 wheel friendly.

Hey guys! Back in Grand Junction,CO for awhile and need to find a place to take my Tacoma. Something is going on with the transmission and need it to get it repaired. Anyone know a place on the Western Slope of Colorado?

They are the only ones in GJ I take my truck to. They specialize in Toyotas and know quite a bit

Edit: I have a first gen though, I don't know if they do newer trucks

Thanks man! Have you heard of Safari Ltd? I was suggested to try there as well.
