Is there any way to make the wheels "stick out" more?

I'm trying to make the tires/rim flush with the OEM fender flares I just added...

Sorry to reply without an answer to your question as I have the same spacer issue, but what brand flares do you have, and did you have to drill holes in the fenders? The flares look good btw...

    Hi,
thanks for the compliment, I just need bigger wheels and a lift and I'll be happy.:D

The flares are off the OEM Pre-runner/4x4 and they are direct bolt-on with no drilling needed. I bought them off some guy who replaced it with the more common bushwackers one.
