We used to when it was Burt. They don't change pay based off of status anymore. One of the reasons I didn't care to take it. One guy in the shop went from master down to certified. They didn't change his pay, he can't do warranty anymore, it has kinda been a shop de-motivater. Why keep your certs when you can loose them all and still get all the easy gravy work.

If you're looking for price - ultra guage. More reliable/ accurate - scan gauge

Probably go with a UG due to being so much cheaper and I'm only going to use it for gas mileage and codes

I've had both... I liked the color change ability of the scan gauge... but the larger display and price of the Ultragauge.

    I vote ultragauge

I have an UG but never look at it. It is good for clearing codes though.

in other news I averaged 16.23 mpg on my last tank of regular. not bad for 5.29s 35s and full armor. 1/2 highway 1/2 city

Some lift, some armor, some scratches..
Had some spare time today, and it was snowing.. again, so I started rebuilding some 13WL calipers for the Tundra brake mod. They are in some rough ass shape and will take a lot to get them working right and looking purdy. Got them cheap from a junk yard though and I'm in no rush to install so I'm gonna take my time w/ the rebuild and probably not get them in til the summer haha

I was just told that scan gauge was more accurate by a few members when I was questioning which one I should buy so I trusted them haha :p

Same with all you, I liked the big screen of the ultra gauge but after awhile I found out my gas milage was what I expected and I drive efficiently so that shouldn't change. So I sold it and bought a subwoofer

SOOOOO February was a busy month for EL Trucko.

Got my Doug Thorley headers installed by American Iron Custom Exhaust, who did a great job. :D

I had them delete one of the cats (was cali spec) and replace the remaining one with a FM high flow cat and Borla cat back that has a deep throaty sound to and sounds amazing at WOP. I will try to add some before and after sound clips
    Before:http://youtu.be/te44_6GrOGg
    After: http://youtu.be/-vsEoDlQ0pw

I also put in new Spyder headlights along with some super bright LED headlight bulbs
    [IMG]
Finally put on my 1.25" Spider Tracks to put the finishing touch on the overall stance of my truck and I must say, it does make a difference.
Overall I love the extra:mudding: umph that the truck has with the new headers and exhaust system. The look of the wider stance of the truck along with the new lights, scratches the itch of modding my truck some more......................for now:D (Injen intake is on its way)
