5100s on mid setting, allpro leaf springs
    me too man.

Bought the leaf springs last week then realized I "need" some rear 5100s to accommodate the rear lift (plus a BPV relocation bracket).

I remember when I told myself I would just stick to simple mods with this truck...:censored:

why buy Jeep Wrangler and have 37's, crazy lift, light bars, bumpers, winch and all the bro accessories but not spend it in a Rubicon or some lockers? Saw the Jeep stuck similarly and didnt want help. No lockers + 4WD in snow, no dice...

Went to Flag, got myself stuck on the side of the road yesterday. Got myself out after some shoveling.
anyone else in flag this weekend?

I believe I have the toytec coilovers in my front - similar setup, How far was it off? I am getting really annoyed with my front end sitting down like it came from the factor even after a lift? I am not sure if the "off-road" shop added more pre-load to level out it as much as possible (which I wanted)?

Best side pic I have of it right now on hand....can give you an idea.

I'd say less than 1/4 inch off at the most. Your truck looks a bit higher in the rear then what mine does.

Hopefully Friday works out and you can get an actual look at my truck and give your advice/expertise.

I believe (as sad as that sounds) that the shop installed an add-a-leaf in the back. I want to make it level - which was my original plan and thought I was purchasing a 3-inch Billstein lift (Toytec front shots, and back billstein shocks). But yet it still sits nose end down. I have been said if I want to make it level is to pretty much purchase a new lift. If so - I want to go slightly higher as I like the height, just not how I rub or it sits.

I just dont want to be taken advantage of is all, hence why I joined this forum to meet some awesome people who know things, and hopefully can give me some good guidance and advice in the process.

The AAL might be the cause of you not being level. I have OME 885's and the TSB rear leaf. My OME's are at 2.5" of lift and I'm level. So I'd have to guess the rear leaf is the cause in your case since you put on a 3" lift.

I have the AAL with a 1" block. I also have the non-TSB leafpack. Without the block, I would be leveled.

Ok, So here is a question, what would be needed if I wanted to lift my front end 1.5 inches or 2 inches more and bring the front level to the back instead of back lowered to meet front? Bigger coil overs (king shocks)? Differential Drop? Not sure what is all needed at that point just know I have have heard of these things...plus how much would that run me to obtain 2 more inches in the front? OR would it just be wise to remove the leaf in back? I am a young professional with limited budget.

cant really go any higher than that.. unless you change out the entire front kit and go with a Drop Bracket. just remove the AAL.. start there.

Read through both of these links, they'll help you understand more about your lift and the different options.

Makes a lot of sense. I For sure have Coil-over lift kit with add-a-leaf. I guess the question would be if I could/should pre-load the front more to get it as level as possible. The next thing would be if taking the leaf out would reduce the rubbing any bit. I do understand I did cram some big ass awesome tires on my truck and the rubbing is not doing any damage to the truck. Just annoying to me. Hopefully I can get a lot of you to all see it one of these days and give your two cents so I can formulate and convince myself what should be the best way to go for me.

Anybody that has their chrome grill painted to match the body color, did you do it yourself or did you take it to a shop? If you took it to a shop, how much did it run you? Thanks

I did it myself, i think it turned out better than i thought. I used the duplicolor perfect match paint. However, in the end I should have used more clear coat. Still looks great though!
