Hey fellas. Im kinda new to the site and I have searched with no joy. My question is...I just purchased a 2007 DC 4x4 6 speed trd offroad and it only came with one key and no keyless remotes. The dealership says that it doesnt have keyless entry but from all of the information I have been researching it has to have keyless entry. Is there anywhere I can look to confirm this? It has the overhead temp, cruise, intermittent wipers, and sliding rear window and according to the info I have found this is all part of the SR5#2 package along with the keyless system. There is a little red light that blinks next to the steering wheel also. Thanks in advance for the help!!! Rich

What fender flares do you have?

In theroy, all that stuff COULD be added to a base - at a great expense, but still...

If it's a TRD it should have key less remote.. As for what to do, You can go to the dealer and get a spare key from your Vin. But expect to pay $100 or so.
but you can get the key fob, and key blanks here. https://www.ikeyless.com/vehicles/toyota?gclid=CNqtrKHfm50CFVRM5QodwDgT8A

as for prgraming them, there are instructions soewhere on this site. But call a Toyota dealer, ASk tell them the situation, And see if they can tell if you have the key les entry option.

if you have the overhead temp, you have keyless entry. go find a set of keyless entry fobs on ebay or somethin similar (doesnt need to be a Tacoma one.. Toyota uses the same one for a lot of cars) and i bet a bit of research could prove how to program it yourself

    Found this on tundra solutions

    1. Driver door open and unlocked. Key out of the ignition
    2. Insert the key and remove 2 times in 5 sec.
    3. Close and open driver door 2 times in 40 sec.
    4. Insert the key and remove it again from ignition.
    5. Close and open driver door 2 times in 40 sec.
    6. Insert the key in ignition,
    7. Close the door,
    8. Turn to on and back to lock in 1 second intervals. 1 time for add, 2 times for rewrite, 3 for confirmation 5 for prohibition. (yes, there is no “4”)
    9. Remove the key
    10. Power lock will cycle to confirm
    11. For add or rewrite mode within 40 sec of the confirmation,
    A. press “lock” and “unlock” buttons of the FOB at the same time between 1 and 1.5 seconds.
    B. within 3 sec press “Lock” button for more than 1 sec and release.
    C. If it’s correct, the power door lock will cycle once. If it’s wrong the door lock will cycle twice.

I'm a prerunner SR5 with a v6, and i have keyless. If you have the SR5 package, you should have keyless.
