The Boss leafs are about $140 more than the OME and the coils are the same price either way, this is on the Toytec web sight anyway.

Had a "nightmare", where I was drifting in the snow and I hit something. My leaf mounts were sheared off and my steering rack was bent in all places, and a front wheel broke off.

I think that the mini heart attack was what woke me up. :notsure:

The OME leafs are stiff as hell. You might want to take off one of the leafs....to make it flex better. I did not really research any other leaf pack, because the Dakars were what I wanted. If you are not going to be hauling/towing something often, I might look at another pack.

    Too many to list
You rode in mine! I vote OME, two reasons, 1: they are made by ARB which tests all of their components in Australia, and that place is brutal. 2: They have been around alot longer than Toytec and have been in the expedition game a long time.

Oscar is right here, the Dakar springs are pretty stiff, I have a constant 200lbs in the rear of my truck so it softens it for me but if you dont plan on a rear plate bumper or any constant extra weight I would look elsewhere for a better ride quality. As for the BOSS springs, I know they are Toytec made, and that's about it. Might PM the guy named Large on here, he has them on his truck and might be able to shed some light on the quality of them.

It might just be me, and ,y limited knowledge of CB radios, but I am surprised how well Uniden radios are reviewed. Now, I am looking to buying a Uniden as compared to a Cobra.

At a quick glance, one of the most noticeable ones is that tue Cobra has weather channels...the Uniden doesn't.

The cobra can be "adjusted" from the handheld portion...the Uniden can't.

The Uniden has a quick switch feature, that instantly switches to an emergency channel....you have to search for it on the Cobra.

The Uniden costs 40...the cobra costs 90:D

Also, some reviews on the cheaper Cobra radios, say that tue handheld feels cheap and that it cam easily be broken.

Once, I saw a Taco with a cab mount chop.....let's just say that they decided that the truck did not need that mount.
