I am still planning on going. Not sure who is going to join...probably just myself as usual. It's not really a wheeling trip either. The road I am going to is a basic dirt road but its seasonal closure for elk and such. As far as I know that's just for motorized vehicles so I plan on stopping at the sign and packing in the last few miles. There is a side road right before the sign which takes you up north a mile or so and on top of a mountain. That gets you closer to the water so its less of a hike in.

Ya, right now most everything is shut down wheeling wise. You could potentially run that road in snowy that we took the texan out on but that's it. The fishing should be prime though! The temp is rising all next week with friday being in the 40's. Saturday is now scheduled to snow here so that will be fun. I would suggest waders if you do come as we will need to cross the platte for camp.

O didn't know he went with a 10lb co2. I really like the size of the 10lb'er. Just right but if the cost isn't a lot ill switch to a 15lb for function. 10lb'er would suit me 99% of the time outside of probably one trip of the year though.

Thats pretty cool. If thats what you want then do it. You are young and can come and go as you please. I have been seriously considering a tiny house on wheels. Check out youtube for some insane houses that people build on a 24 foot car flatbed car trailer.

Haha I have talked about living in a tipi for awhile . I have also looked into those tiny houses a bunch. There is a pretty awesome documentary on a kid that builds one. It's called TINY: A story about living small. Pretty neat watch.

Oh I know about Tiny. I have been looking at tiny homes for about 2 years now. Lots and lots of research. I keep telling my wife we need to unload this 300K house and build a 35K tiny house and take 3 or 4 full vacations a year from what we would save just in payments

    I couldn't do it...I need a shop.

I'll just live in a shop...only need a bed room, bathroom, small kitchen and small room for relaxing and maybe studio...and a big ass garage.

I'm going back to the place where I got that nasty note yesterday. I'll see if I get another one in the morning and also see if I can see the person who is leaving it

Thats the whole plan. Build small and pay off quick or pay as you build. I have often thought about building a shop with a studio apartment. My neighbor has a shop like this and I am very jealous. Just found out tonight my buddies house across the street is being featured on HGTV. He has it for sale and I guess they are doing a special filming of 3 homes in missoula for sale. They film saturday. kind of cool

    Sick dent

Would totally do that if I could. About the size of the shop we worked at in Powell, add some living quarters. Perfect. I'd be a content human being.
