    Found out there was flood damage to the house we were going to make an offer on, and the insurance would have cost too much for me. Still looking though.

    I'm pretty sure he already bought that Denali.

    Flood insurance is pretty up there, and if it flooded recently more than likely it it will again. Been there, done that.

    Makes it a lot worse when the house has actually been flooded. I've had flood insurance since I've lived in Houston and the premium was super high for that house.
