Son has the note 4, he wanted it for the screen size and the camera, now doesn't like it cuz it's too big..... When he got it I told him he was going to need to grow a bigger ass so that he could get the phone in his pants pocket.

Well, my advice to you is the same, grow a bigger ass.

Reality was I tried many times to talk him out of it because that damn thing is a small tablet, not a phone. Our house has been Apple and Samsung over the last few years. Boys keep switching between Apple and Samsung's, and then bad-mouthing the one they don't have, then later switching to it .

We've had iPhone 3, 4, 5, and 6s, then S3 S5 and Note. Doesn't really matter which one they have at the moment, they want the other.
