    You just answered your own question. It's also a double edge sword for me because gluten damages your liver and so does alcohol. I pretty much fucked myself. One of the reasons I drink Jameson is because it's gluten free. They use no barley or wheat in their distillery at all so cross contamination isn't even possible.
