Me and the little lady saw "9" last wknd. has anyone else seen it? that movie kicked ass! the ending was a little weak and i could have used some more detail on what was going on, but visually it was amazing. definitely worth seeing. especially if you like Tim Burton movies

the animation is absolutely insane, and the idea is really good. i would rate "coraline" and "nightmare before christmas" as 10 out of 10 but this is more like an 8 or 9 out of 10. really good but could hve been better

Hmmm....I dont think I would rate those movies that high. Perhaps a 7 and 8 respectively

one reason i rate his stuff so high is because he has a seemingly limitless imagination, which i respect alot. so many movies being pushed out of hollywood are the same old shit. i like that fact that most of his stuff is not only original but so bizarre that nobody else in the world could come up with it (edward scissor hands is a perfect example). I also love that he took the claymation style and made it his own. so i guess the reason i love his stuff is because of the originality that comes with it. My only problem with him is that he uses jonny depp so much and i HATE jonny depp

The youngest boy dragged me to "9". I had no idea what it was about. Wow, was I impressed. The graphics are awesome. The story line is bizarre but that is a good thing. Who thinks up this stuff? I would agree with everything ND has said about it. It is definitely worth seeing. The ending could have been better but I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

I have been wanting to take my kids to see it. It looks very cool. I don't think Burton made it, just gave his blessing by name only. Like Jackson did for District 9.
