I'm hoping that it'll finally get warm enough for my garage to shed today. Steel roof, but the snow hasn't come off it yet. Been too cold. Supposed to hit 40 here today, though, so I've got my fingers crossed.

 

Got about 3" of heavy stuff. I didn't touch it, hoping that it melts....

 

Didn't even bother with the snow blower. It runs like shit if it's over about 25 degrees and the belt is worn already so I didn't chance it. I just shoveled the stuff at the end of the driveway hoping the whole driveway will melt and run straight out into the road.

 

I thought of that but my patience at midnight was already short, plus at least my blower has lights..

 

Meh that's why I have 4wd. Unless we get some significant snow I think I'm done with snowblowing for the winter

 

If it were just me, I wouldn't have done 1/4 of the snow removal that I did this winter. My wife's car needs to get in and out and my mother in law watches my son at our house every day so she needs to be able to get around also.

 

This..Cupcake has 4wd but with her back I don't want to risk her slipping on the snow or ice

 

Good reasons to clear the snow. Wife also has 4wd, so in not too concerned. If anyone comes over and doesn't have it though they could be in trouble since our driveway is ridiculously steep

 

Shrug. I'm just keeping mine swept clear because I've got a gravel driveway. If I let a ton of snow set on top and melt it'll be even mushier than usual once the frost comes out.

 

Wired up my reverse lights with care (shocking coming from me, I know!)

Labeled, loomed, shrink wrapped, ziptied, proper length wire, weatherproof connections on the exterior... This truck will be different This one will be done right

I played nurse today to Lisa. She had eye surgery and looks like Jack Sparrow now.
