Yeah I looked into them before I got my kings. They were pretty much the same price before my TW discount on kings

Don't the ADS come standard with compression adjusters? That makes them significantly cheaper. I'm not completely interested in the adjusters simply due to price, but if they come standard, then they are technically much more inexpensive than a set of Kings. I'm not really sold on the need for them, plus I think I'd be fiddling with it all the damn time. Also, the upsell is not worth it for me.
My other question is if there's availability for custom length rear shocks, since I'm going to need that for the AP Expos.

They do come the adjusters??? I didn't know that. I was quoted at $1440 for front 2.5 CO's with Resi

haha it could be in the budget... just not in the "I still want to be able to go out and have fun" budget lol

    she's purdy :)

Don'y worry this truck will be black and pink soon enough :) But I'll miss the taco too. It came with some gay pinstripes so we are going to take those off this weekend, then it will be an uphill battle from there. Lift just has to wait till next tax return :( talk about $$$$$

I know it's been a while...been a little  to show my face around here. Well actually just been hella busy. ;)

So what's happened in my life you may ask....

Red Taco with 165k miles on her...sold last month for 16.5k... it was sad to see her go, but i originally purchased her to wheel with and i build her too nice. The new owner already put a supercharger on it etc, and it will be well taken care of. Now off to the "NEW".

Purchased an 08 Dodge megacab 3500 fully loaded 6.7, 87k miles, 15k in extras. She's gorgeous and she puts out 550hp and 1300tq....to say the least it's amazing.

What else did I buy you might ask....

I bought a full trail gear front axle setup, tacoma width rock assult housing, chromoly shafts and birfields, chromoly hub gears, full high steer kit etc. All it needs is a diff and it's good to go.

Why would I buy tacoma parts since I sold mine you might ask ...

My dad has a 1999 TRD 5 speed 3.4.....He's going to be upgrading trucks in the near future. When he does i will be buying that truck, SAS, 39.5 - Irocks...................................................................................:D

    OH MY...

    Dakota approves.... Dakota approves :D

Both of those are awesome man! Can't wait to see what you have in store for them both.

On a side note I'm surprised the new owner put on a SC with that many miles... Hopefully it behaves for him...

Nice dodge man. My dad runs the same truck, and I tuned it with a fairly conservative tune (450HP) and it will still rip! That is a fantastic motor.

Dad is still on the stock trans, but I'm sure it won't be long and he'll be upgrading. Went with a 4" MBRP turbo back pipe with EFIlive for a tuner. He said "I just want a mileage tune, don't need any more power". Of course, tuning for mileage means more power, and he hoons the shit out of it mileage be damned! Then I over hear him bragging to his buddy with a new F-350 that his 6.7 will run circles around the ford, and I'm thinking, "I thought he just wanted a mileage tune?".

I've never seen anyone go without, so I assume there's a reason.

I don't run reservoirs up front. Neither does Jason. I didn't and still don't see a need for them for me.

When I talked to ICON and SDHQ they all suggested the 58735.
DSM pushed for King over ICON.

That explains a lot. ADS does resis as well from what I've seen, but they are willing to do one-off builds.

    crap bolted and welded together....
So I had a small oversight with something. .. need a link to the oem factory 7pin.. Aftermarkets won't work because there mounting holes are smaller than my bumper will allow.

    I can't come up with the female 7pin that doesn't cost like $130 :/
