What rear bumper is that? And I'm guessing it handles the weight of the trailer pretty well

Skinkwerks Rockware and Fab. The trailer is rated at 3300lbs so I assume the tongue weight is in the 300-350lb range. I am running the DMZ race kit (not made for towing) and that camper didn't make the rear drop at all.

I've had this loaded on the back and the 2 bikes and rack combined are about 500lbs static. With the leverage of how far back that bikes are I'd guess the tongue weight on that is somewhere between 700 and 1000lbs:notsure:

Ben built both my bumpers with the idea that I would have a cradle mounted winch pulling my heavy rig when stuck so he built the hitch recievers to take some serious force. My front bumper comes in at 130lbs which is one of the heavier ones on market and my rear bumper is well over 200lbs. There is a lot of 1/4" and 5/16" steel on both of them.

I'm running the bruteforce rear and so far seems to handle my camper just fine. I will be pulling it through the mountains tomorrow so we will see.

I'm not sure what's going on with his Fab business at the moment. I haven't talked with him much in almost a year now. I've had my bumper for a couple years.

He is btnewman on here. You can search for him and PM him and ask. He also has a facebook page: "Skinkwerks Rockware and Fab"

Nada. Applied for some jobs last week and hoping to hear back... Not super hopeful being a new grad though...

Got the camper and dirt bikes as you probably saw in Live

and just living life day by day with school...

Been researching tearing campers apart though. haha Might be interesting to see how the next couple months pan out with the camper. haha

    Ewww...staying home?

I hope the camper remodel goes well - and that you don't end up with a pile of scrap metal :D

You guys hoping to stay in the IF area job wise?

Well I think I can do better than ending up with a pile of scrap! I'm sure it will end up looking better than the water damage that's in there, I just can't say whether it will turn out looking decent or very amateur! haha

Kinda. Ultimately my wife would like to move back to the Magic Valley (Twin Falls area), but she already has a job here and I haven't seen much for engineering jobs that way so the odds are looking slim. She's not opposed to staying in IF though. Much better than Pocatello and it's close to Yellowstone. I applied for a few jobs at INL and a couple in Pocatello. I haven't seen much else available besides some consulting firm jobs, but I hear you typically work very long hours in consulting and that is not appealing to me at all... I like the idea of working at INL though. 3 day weekends every week!

We'll see. We already had a day and half off work last week. Most likely I bet I go in.
