With or without the traction control on, if I try to drift a little in the snow, another traction control symbol flashes and starts beeping at me. It's almost like the rear end makes a noise also and it tryst to straighten itself out... how do I disable all this stuff? It's a 2011 access cab 4×4 auto trd OR....THANKS!

Thanks Boone... I looked through the manual but even without the auto LSD light being on it still activates itself.

Even with the vsc stuff off, it seems it still lurks in the background. There are a few writeups on this. I used a different method for my Sport, but afaik it should completely disable abs as well as vsc on your OR.

Never had it kick back on if hold the button for five seconds while stopped. Can blow it all the way around and nothing comes on in the traction department. The abs does always seem to be there, but breaks are bad when hanging the back out.

The ABS sounds horrible when it does kick in while playing!

Sorry bub, between trying to figure out what width rims and offset I can clear and trying to figure out why I can't play in the snow, I was over searching :)

I don't care if people search, I just thought it was funny how much you snow folks like to play, and can't. :)

If nobody made new threads on things that have already been talked about, every forum ever created would suck. :luvya:

I don't think I've ever told someone to search, unless I was serious and there was actually a benefit to doing so for their situation.

This is why I like my 08 OR, no nannies. There's only ABS and that's a quick mod away if I wanted to remove it.

I just got back from doing donuts in a field of snow. Just push and hold down the traction control button, until the AutoLSD light goes away....and the only one lit is the traction control.
