    Hello,

As my title states, I decided it was time to start a log that will span the life of my Tacoma. Ill try to keep it interesting because the stuff Ive put my truck through in its short time in my possession is more than most Tacomas will ever experience. Ill include pictures of major events or close calls and keep a log on broken parts. So far, 34,000 miles in a year and a half and I have yet to break anything. Almost had it fall off a cliff into a river because the bank collapsed but I was lucky.

    Specs on the truck:

    2014 Tacoma
    Double cab
    Off-road package
    Spruce Mica
    6-speed transmission
    Tow package

    Specs on me:

    25 years old
    Live in northern New York
Never home because I fish and snowboard depending on the season
7 years in the Air Force (radio technician 3D173)
Other car 04 Subaru WRX STI

So far I enjoy owning this truck. Its my first truck and it fits my lifestyle perfectly. Feel free to chat here or critique me

First rescue job. I was out fishing at 11pm at night in my kayak and received a phone call from my brother... "hey can you come get me, I'm stuck"

2008 lifted rubicon unlimited but the tacoma got in, got the jeep, and got out. i wasn't happy but it was fun

Thanks for sharing your adventures. I was 26 when I bought my 2014, leaving behind a 2003 WRX! Due to my work/life situation I'm just a hair under 6,000 miles. I wanted a spruce mica in an access cab OR, but there weren't any very close so I got white. I love my white but your spruce mica with the dipped wheels with white lettering out is an awesome look.

I was the same with my S4, always wanted one, had it and didn't fit my lifestyle as much as the Taco. Still a great car that can make a lot of power but it won't get you to many fishing spots. Spruce is a great color, it's too bad they stopped offering it on the '15s as it was def high on my list.
