    Sorry I say this every time I see them. I love those wheels. I just found some used ones online last winter.

    This winter I found some Ivan Stewarts which I also love :) They were made in like 2000. With the new power coat they should last another 15 years.

    How much do they weigh? I was looking at the FN wheels and some of them are only like 18 lbs.

    After lots of TacomaWorld research, lots of $, and lots of wrenchin, I finally passed smog with flying colors. Original prob was 200+ Hydrocarbons at idle. I did the followin in this order: replaced exhaust manifold, changed plugs and wires, Seafoamed the cylinders, fixed exhaust leak, replaced and checked all vacuum hoses, cleaned mass airflow sensor, replaced both O2 sensors. I still failed with 200+ hydrocarbons at idle.
    I bit the bullet and i paid $280 to replace the cat conv.... and I passed with 8 hydrocarbons at idle. Yay! now i get to fork out another $112 to get it registered in this damn state (CA).
    NOTE: I had a head gasket leak about 8 months ago and I believe the antifreeze going through the exhaust killed my old cat converter.

    I'm in the same boat! DMV appointment tomorrow to get it registered in my name. Mine passed smog fine, but i had to have a VIN verification done due to it being originally sold, and currently registered in Washington state.

    The expanded metal isn't my first choice but I wanted something that allowed more airflow.
