I am trying to get an idea if there is any interest and if so how much in getting an order together for some single row curved bars.
I am in direct contact with the manufacturer and plan on starting my own brand. These bars will have be using 5watt Cree diodes and the "new" 3D lenses and put out 90 Lumens a watt.
The current specs/sizes are as follows:

    90W 20 inch 8,100 Lumens $140
    120W 25 inch 10,800 Lumens $165
    150W 33 inch 13,500 Lumens $190
    180W 37 inch 16,200 Lumens $250
    210W 45 inch 18,900 Lumens $280
    240W 50 inch 21,600 Lumens $290

I am working on getting a discount, I should be able to do 5% at 10 people and 10% at 15 people without issue.

Also if interested I am able to buy pods, both flush or regular but I HAVE to order at least 10 at a time. $80 a pair for pods, $90 a pair for flush- they both have 4- 5Watt Cree diodes with the new 4D lenses with an output of 2200 lumens

All bars/pods have an IP67 rating

Wiring harnesses will be 12$ a piece

I will get an estimate upon request for shipping if necessary.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me or post it up

    Thanks in advance,
    Jake

5% off what price? IP67 is only water/dust resistant, so that's not very impressive for an off road light.

Updated OP, I forgot to add the $ signs so the prices were unnoticeable
And just out of curiosity, where did you hear IP67 was only dust proof? After some quick Googling IP67 is waterproof up to 1M

1 meter is 3 feet. Water from a car wash, heavy rain, etc will still get thru the seals, as well as dust. A rating of IP68 is the min for actual "water proof" for off road lights.

I don't disagree IP68 would be best. I also understand that 1M is 3 feet...;)
    According to http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/ip-ingress-protection-d_452.html
IP 67 is totally protected from dust, and can be completely immersed in water UP TO 1M (3 feet) and still work. It might not technically be "waterproof" but at the point I have my bar over 3 feet in the water, I am going to have bigger worries then my light bar.

Im all Im saying, is in my experience, all these folks, myself included, that have run IP67 rated lights, have had water/moisture in the housing, along with dirt in some cases, after off roading, or getting caught in rain. Its not as water proof as you think.

It's not necessarily all about the submersion depth. It's about the pressure that submersion depth creates. Water has a gradient of 0.433 psi/ft. So multiply that by 3 and you get 1.299 psi. If you add surface pressure (approximating at sea level), that gives you a total pressure of roughly 16psi. To say the least, I wouldn't feel safe going through a high pressure car wash or a rain storm at high speeds.

Are they actually IP67 certified? Or did some chinese manufacturer just print that on the box so that it will sell better? I assume the latter...

I couldn't tell you honestly. But they do offer a 1 year warranty. All I know is they are 'ip67 rated'. I have other bars from this same manufacturer and they are higher quality then the usual "China bars" I know undoubtedly. I am going to order one either way but I am trying to pass some savings off to other people as well.
