Have you ever noticed when you open the windows, right at first when they open from the very top the panel kinda relaxes, and when you go to close it up all the way again it then tightens. Is this bad? Just noticed it today because my leg was resting on it when i opened the window.

Yeah, I've noticed this. I think it's because the window is slightly convex and when it's closed, it puts a little binding pressure on the panel. I don't think there is anything bad about it though. I've seen it in other vehicles too.

Could be cabin pressure difference with the window open and closed. My eardrums certainly feel a difference between the two!!

Yeah, I've been wondering if my access cab actually has cabin vents or not. It sure pressurizes with the windows closed and the fan on "high".
