Anyone have an online training log? I have a notebook but wondering if you feel having one online such as on T-nation, would keep you more motivated or allow you to get advice. Thoughts?

I don't worry about sodium..why? It's not like you are consuming bottles of soy sauce, right? Sodium is also great for the body (in moderation, obviously.) if you're not having high BP, and consuming the water amount that you are, and are active - I think you're fine.

    2- yes.

3- potassium is fantastic for pumps. - bananas, sweet potato, etc.

Great. Like I said, I consume around 4g sodium per day, which is about 1.5g over the RDA, but I'm also a shit-ton more active that the average joe and I drink a shit-ton of water, too.

Do you go as far as monitoring your sodium-potassium ratios or na?

Good luck, broseph. May the lifting Gods be with you

It was bad as a powerlifter total wise, i didn't even complete the meet.
yes my deadlift is fucking terrible, and i have got to fix my back before i do anything else, i can train deadlift fine, but it's one good session here one bad session there, and after 10 hours of max effort squat and bench at the meet my back just can't take it anymore. sad to say but it is what it is.

Thats tough. I still thought they were pretty good numbers. I'd never compete myself so at least you have the balls to do that. No reason for a 200# class like me to complete when my shit total is 1k lolol.

Congrats on the squat and bench. Goose eggs happen. You ever thought about doing a push pull meet until your back shows that it can take all three lifts in one day?

Same kind of subject.....My right knee has always been messed up and pops when I hit parallel on squat. It never hurts but I have noticble size difference in my right and left quad. Any tips on getting my right up to par? I now isolation exercises but besides that? I know at some point I will have to go in and have it rebuilt but trying to put that off as long as possible.
