    I have talked to my friend with the long bed, and we are getting together to measure it up....TONIGHT!!!!

    That's right, tonight. Parts will hit the plasma table as early as Monday, then get formed, then go to powder coat.

    If everything falls into place, the long bed side rail caps will be ready to ship in 7 to 10 days.

    Guess the competition changed your mind, because surely the previous customer comments/requests didn't convince you to eliminate the holes.

    Just responding to my potential customers.

    Personally, I wouldn't have them without holes. They make it look more like a truck, and add some function with zero negative aspects, but if my customers want no holes, then there will be no holes.

    I was never against the holes, they seemed like a useful thing. No cap in my future. Will you then do one-off rail caps with holes if requested? If so, how many holes would be on the long bed rail version?

    So after looking at my canopy which is hanging in the garage, I see the front end is about 3/4" lower to fit to the contours of the original shitty plastic rail caps. If I mount these I am going to have a huge gap when I put my canopy back on unless I add a strap of wood or something on top of the rails. Has anyone else run into this issue?
