I'm looking to either install a 44 or 50 inch light bar above the windshield of my 08 access cab. I've searched and searched and have came up with nothing. What options do I have with mounting since it's an access cab and not a 4 door. Any help is appreciated.

Drilling the roof is one option.

Could get the relentless fab light bar mounts, but you would have to drill holes I think that goes for all mounts. since access cabs don't have the holes for roof racks.

Could always mount it up to a set of aftermarket cross bars? Maybe Yakima, or Thule. That will also give you the option of utilizing any of their other accessories (Basket, Bike, or Ski/Snowboard mounts).

Doing so will avoid holes in your roof, and ultimately possible leaks.

I just installed mine, a 50" radius with relentless brackets. I drilled per the instructions but make sure to pull the headliner while drilling, so u don't damage the wire harness, especially on the drivers side. So u can use a but cert tool or just bolt through the roof and use a but on the inside.

I drilled for my prinsu rack and didn't pull the headliner on my 2 month old '15 access cab O/R. The dealer relieved me of $600 to fix wiring harness.

Yeah or he could weld the light bar directly to the roof.
