    So with the relocation your rear shocks are now upright more and less of an angle? is this how you were able to achieve more droop withouth over extending the shock?

    From the factory location you can only fit like a 10" travel shock (at least on 2nd gens) With a small travel shock it limits out before your springs do so essentially your shock is a very expensive limit strap :D

    You need to check out sos concepts for more travel on a second gen. He offers and runs a shackle flip along with a shock hoop which allows him to run a 14" shock. He gets tons of flex!

    Looked into it. Shackle flip is too detrimental to do to brand new leafs so I'm going to go with chevy 63s and the Ruff Stuff Shackle hangers/relocation.

    Actually he is not. I just checked with him to be 100% sure and he is running his own shock relocation hoop. Also does not have to run extended bump stops because fully stuffed he has 1" of shaft showing.

    How much load can that shock possibly have on it? Idk, seems like it would be strong enough for basic crawling and dirt. But if you really wanna mob you should probably be looking at cage/towers for bed methinks.

    Can you link it? I was reading a guys post recently on making it through in an fj w/ 3" lift, 285's and armor. We have a lot more advantages than an fj methinks
