Silver Streak Mica, does it have a clear coat?

Long story shot a kid on a bike ran into the rear quarter panel on the passenger side of my truck and scratched it down pretty deep.

Does the silver streak mica paint on my 2013 have a clear over it or is it one solid coat? (i have a hunch its got a clear due to the fact its a metallic paint, unlike the superwhite crowd who just have primer then paint with no clear)

 

According to Duplicolor's site it needs a clear coat.

I have that color, it has a clear coat. All the metallic paint on the tacoma has clear coat, the solid colors don't.
