Marc and Jeff, did you guys have to use washers to angle your bumper? If so, how many and do you have any pics of where it mounts?

 

The BRZ and its driver has left the building.

 

nope, just bolted it up and rolled with it. The bolts ended up being in about the center of the adjustment slot up or down to give me 3/4 inch between fenders for clearance when flexed. Put your fender flares back on and see how it looks... Saw the pictures in the Pelfrey thread

 

The flares wouldn't help the "frowning" but I think it figured it out. I didn't read the instructions close enough . It wouldn't have been a true Gage project if I didn't some how screw it up. I just need my roommate to return to help me take it off, remove the washers and get it back on.

Flares will be going back on soon though.

 

haha, I thought it looked good in the pics was hard to tell since the bumper color blends in with the body color with the lighting of those photos.

Getting close to pulling the DSM arms off and getting the DK hiems on. Are you on break next week er this coming week? If you're still wanting to do it let me know, otherwise no hard feelings here, i'm pretty busy with work and school. Can wait till later when it really warms up or I can drop them one of my trips thru laramie, which happen literally every other week.

 

I got it fixed! It was a fairly small detail but it bugged the hell out of me. It fits snug and perfect now .



Ill have to check on the break. I know it starts next weekend but I have a group project due right after so my time off will be determined by my group mates and how much they have got done (probably nothing ). Id rather buzz out and get out of Laramie too so if we can't get it done over break Ill just come out when it gets warm and we can possibly hit a trail as well.

Does your bumper clearnce the top lip of your skid? If I remember right I had to cut off a strip to clear it.
