Stupid amount of extra heavy metal all over
It's a great fit if you have the long bed. On my short bed it overhangs the rear by a few inches but never really been a problem. Honestly it's kind of a toss up for us whether the extra tent space is worth the trade offs, but if we can downsize without much money out of pocket I think it's a better fit for my truck.

Money is dependent on how much it'll cost me to buy the smaller version once the group buy kicks off. CVT hasn't announced gb pricing yet, but if they follow previous years', the Rainier will probably be $1250-$1450, and I could knock $300 off that since mine is slightly used.

The Autana must be smaller than the Shasta because I could probably fit 3 men in my Shasta. You know, if we really want to party.

Maybe it just feels smaller with the walls but it's supposed to be the size of a queen size bed, just longer. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly, still gotta take him camping now that it's warming up

Anyone want a portable off road fridge? Norcold Tek II. Works really well and will get to freezer temps. Only light scratches on the lid but other than that it looks new (no stains/dents etc..) Thought i'd post it here before CL. Not sure exactly what size it is but the internal dimensions are 12"x 8"x 9.5", I'd guess 25qt maybe? Not made for long expeditions but short 1 or 2 days it'll hold your food. New they were $550, post it on CL for $400, $350 for anyone off here. Also comes with plug in for: Wall to fridge, Cigarette lighter to fridge, and battery terminal to female end cigarette plug, then plug the cigarette plug from there to the fridge (if that makes sense).
