That's why I paid for a good inspector. She noticed the siding before she even started a thorough inspection! And it had a fresh coat of paint to hide things.

Roof is brand new. Inside is mostly new. Water heater is new. Furnace is from 93. Deck needs some work, but I don't mind doing decking. Did it on my old house too.

I just worry now whenever someone says something like "they freshly painted it". Makes me wonder what else they hide.

Exactly. I know they didn't clean up the inside before they painted. There are still cobwebs in the corner that were painted over. But, it was a flip. The house is still nice. And the little items aren't that bad for me to do. I think we have a plumber or two here on the forums that can fix 2 things for me.

But siding that was hidden... that's a no go for me. We have until tomorrow at 9pm to have everything in.

Well hopefully it works out for ya!

Im thinking ill go with the Cooper ST Maxx's. More I read the nicer they seem. Good reviews in all conditions really. Slightly heavier than the nitto's and duratracs but not really (seems like ~5lbs more per tire). Now to figure out rims...that will take a bit longer I feel

I had Cooper STTs on my last Dodge diesel and I loved them. I wanted them for my Tacoma but I was scurred of the weight penalty on them. I went with Duratrac's and I have been really happy with them. The snow capabilities are no joke :)

What type and size are you looking for? I LOVE the SCS stealth 6's. My second option is also through them in the 8's.

After that, I go to steelies from Wheeler's offroad.

Well the weights I found for the Duratracs and ST Maxx in 285/75/R16 is so close I doubt it would make that much of a difference. Duratrac is ~55lbs and the ST is ~60

Im not totally positive on all the specs other than 16" rim and probably 8" wide. Backspacing and such im not sure yet.

As for which one...not sure either. Leaning towards something black is about all I know for sure. Ive liked methods, pro comps, and the TRD beadlocks so who knows what ill end up with

I hope they inspected the heat exchangers well if it's a gas furnace, their life expectancy is 16-20 years. Electric furnaces can run for decades.

I'm going with the cooper tires over the duratracs only because the size, I want the skinniest tire in a 33" I can find.

Well ordered the Cooper's. Everything ive read is positive about them. But managed to screw up the purchase by forgetting to enter the promo code lol. But canceled right after i ordered to hopefully ill be able to just reorder later tonight!

At least the furnaces arent terribly expensive. 2k gets a decent one. Either way one thing i learned from buying my place is to set a good 5k to the side for things that come up.

They are replacing the siding with a contractor of our choice, vinyl siding, and color of our choice. Same sales price! Now, I'll be having a fence building day sometime this spring...

Anyone run the Cooper ATP? Looking to replace the stock sport tires with something more capable and better looking. Looks like these are a great all weather tire with little road noise and penalty to gas mileage. Most off roading I do is logging roads to get to mountain bike trails.

Hey guys. I've determined whoever is in charge of making the video on our next meet should use the song "Stolen Dance" by Milky Chance. That is all :p
