I'm working on quotes right now to get skid plates going, as well as made a couple minor modifications to the design after getting some feedback. The oil drain hole is smaller since it sounds like most people prefer to remove the front skid anyway. You can still get a socket through it. I also changed the transfer case skid a bit.

 you may be coming back?? I've really wanted a skid plate by you just never had the funds/need but soon I will

I preferred to have a bigger hole for the oil, I hate taking my stock skid off

Yeah, I would be very interested in one of these for my truck. Just need one to replace the stock set up on my prerunner. That two piece design from the factor drives me insane

I hate taking my skid off for oil changes too. IMO keep the hole large enough to at least get your hand up in there.

    Welcome back.. GLWS!

The hole is 3.5" in diameter. 1/2" bigger than a pringles can. I run a fumoto valve and could still get my hand up high enough to flip the lever. Budbuilt doesn't even include a hole.

You don't go hard enough. :p

I have a couple dents, but better in the skids than my oil pan and transfer case.

I'm looking into making some skids soon. It's iffy though. I don't want to pull an Elite or bruteforce Fab and not deliver what I say I'm going to. I have to be cautious for the future to uphold my end.

    Good man^^

haha, I'll go hard this summer

dude, I had to jump on one of his group buys. I kinda had my MOD list in order but that fell through real quick. certain deals came up and I could not pass them up. Like my retro fit... that was way down on the list, but somehow got moved up on my list when I found a great deal on them. Same with skids, and boy am I glad I got them when I did.

I hope Ryan can come threw for ya man, I love my RAT skids

I totally get where you're coming from. No more cluster fux like those lol. We'll play it by ear. Realistically I won't be able to burn anything for real for several months so... No rush for me. Medical bills put off my 220v install and I can't do a lot anyways right now (like learn how to arc weld)
    :)
