Off topic are those mcneil fenders you and that red extended cab are running?? I know yours is a one piece clip. I have tt bedsides and they look kinda goofy with my glassworks fenders

Hello Anthony, this kit looks awesome!

I would like a little more information on the kit as well as the company as a whole. Dont mean for it to be 21 questions:

    1) Is there an official website, I googled and couldnt find one

    2) Is DTF an official/listed company

    3) Your fabrication background/edu/exp? i know its probably mentioned in other threads

    3) I assume that my current glassworks fenders 4" will not work with this kit?

    4) Although I know very little about engineering, Id like to hear more about how the kit is setup as far as suspension geometry. I saw on the other thread about the kits "scrub radius" and how that will save the bearings and the rack.

Those are the type of details that would "sell" me on the kit. Hearing you explain these details are a little more convincing to me than someone saying 19" gnar travel! and "kit is fuckin beefy"
, I have intent to buy the kit if everything works out. From the videos the kit already looks amazing

ps: just weighing out the options with my TC kit, 13" travel is probably enough for me, but if DTF's kit allows for new bearing/hub and puts less stress on the steering rack that might be enough for me to sell the TC kit. Sometimes travel # is not everything to people.

Anthony does amazing work but hes not on here too often so give him some time to answer. I push my truck harder than alot of people for what it is and have never had a single thing anthonys worked on break or fail. Anthony has done all the work on my truck from the begining 3 or 4 years ago when i first started modding it. This kit has to be one of if not the best kit out there he was already working on it when i first met him so its been in the works probably almost 5 years, he didnt rush it and did his homework its flawless.

He currently is doing some major work on my truck, and another guys truck in the shop, once thoes are done i think youll like what you see.

    Hey Mark!

So happy to see your interested in my work. I've been following your build since it was mid travel.

    1) I'm actually looking to get one made very soon

    2) Dezert Toy Fabrication is a licensed company. It's my full time Job and I take it very seriously

    3) I've been welding since 2003, I've been studying suspension design for years, and haven't had a single weld fail. That includes customers that have gotten into bad car accidents running my products.

3B) They may work but will need some trimming. This truck is running some off brand 6" fenders with 37s

    fZVGMk_9100e63da3428ad463fbb52e3c68f0a3d93f405e.jpg

    4) I spent the time to make sure this kit gave me everything I needed. A nice track width for good stability, good amount of caster, proper KPI, low scrub, and pushes the tire forward to clear 35s with zero rub at full bump and full lock. I'm actually clearing 37s with a bit of firewall pounding.

In combination with koyo/timken bearings and an OEM rack you will have no problems.

Also don't forget you can bump off the UCA

    LK7vXv_c84cfaf5dd6e3e7b7a4f7aff04d9279b06c81c70.jpg

It allows for 15" of wheel travel before you even touch the bumps

    Thanks Jordan!

I'll post more teasers next week ;)

Anthony thanks for answering all my questions! I know that a few people were wondering the same things.

I am so tempted to start collecting parts for this kit. I didnt get to read everyones thread who has a DTF kit, but what shock setup is everyone running?

So 10" shock in the stock bucket is standard, is anyone running something different?
