    Don't touch the wire/s with anything!!!!!

    You can use alcohol, but you have to cover the wiring and any ports in the sensor. Pour the alcohol directly on the MAF and then allow to air dry in a safe place before reinstalling.

    I would just get some MAF cleaner, but in a pinch you can use the alcohol if you are careful.
