    On the plus side my blood pressure was 114 over 72 back where is should be. The stress had my blood pressure at 150 over 90 pretty consistently for 3 weeks.

    Glad it's back where it should be. :) Amazing how stress drives that BP number. Supports my reasoning for staying a worker bee with no management worries for my second career. :cool:

    After I milk this civil service gig for the best return (retirement check) on time invested, I want to be the assembly guy at like WalMart or something. The guy that puts the bikes, grills, furniture stuff, etc together for display. Because Kristi works for WalMart here, I know the old guy that does that at the store in Wasilla always seems happy and content whenever I see him. ;)

    well its hte time change plus I had to down a bunch of benedryl last night to combat my allergy shots. the combination just knocked me out solid until about 4 when my brain decided it was good and rested (not really) and the benedryl wore off :eek:

    it was yer birfday?!!?!? :eek: I didn't know so.....

    it will be a while before i know if the shots are helping - not really my allergy season yet. doc says that i will see some benefit this summer though so fingers crossed.

    gotta wait for the candles to melt and finish baking the cake :D

    training is boring. plus there's 8 of us packed into the office and its getting a wee bit smelly. thankfully it almost 60 outside - just opened the windows to get some clean air in here
