    Well, I've got a few bombs on the shelf it looks like. Excel Arms isn't selling the Accelerator Pistol in .17hmr anymore because it blows up. And the Remi 597...same issue. What I think is the Ruger .17hmr looks like a 10/22. There's conflicting designations and a few customs, but it is dead on looking like a 10/22. A 10/17 or 10/22.17 or some other number. Looks like I need to take 'em out more often and research for any new issues.

    If it proves to hold together, and be reliable, it will be part of my team. Sounds pretty bad ass..


    The A17 utilizes a specially designed delayed blowback action to allow it to handle .17 HMR in a semiautomatic format. It features a 10-round rotary magazine similar to that of the Ruger 10/22. It’s got a hard chromed bolt, a case-hardened receiver, and a 22-inch-long button rifled barrel. The included AccuTrigger is adjustable to a user’s liking.

    I've had the Savage .17hmr since they first came out years ago. This thing has a lot of rounds through it for a bolt gun, and I don't take care of it like I should. Still drives tacks. That new semi-auto would be the cats ass though.
