Thanks guys, I saw the bottom one but didn't realize about the hidden one haha.. After I figured that out took me like 5-10 mins.

Well now you know how to finish, it was super easy once I figured out the two snap rings.

Haha these were basically brand new remans. I couldn't let myself buy new ones. it was actually a lot easier than I thought to do anyways.. Just really messy.

Yep. My first try at welding. Some of them aren't too pretty, but I impressed myself with a few spots! All it takes is practice.

I don't know anything about the welder. It's my dad's set up. He was teaching me how to do it with this project. I do know that we do have gas hooked up and that helps a lot

I don't know, I just work here. Haha

With gas could be MIG or flux core.

Did it sounds like bacon sizzling or was it a more electrical sound?

Brought my truck in today because the exhaust has been sounding kind of bad, figured it had some pin holes in it or something.

But luckily it was a gasket just after my cat that was in pretty nasty shape.

So got that replaced and also got some plate/mount thing welded back up by the muffler guy all for $40. :) Sounds a lot better.

I also need to scrounge up some money and get a real skid plate. Mine is all dented up and has a hole in it

Didn't think you used flux core wire with gas? The point of flux core is to create the shielding gas, which is also the point of a gas setup. Not arguing I just thought it was one or the other, I'm definitely not an expert.

Installed my Grillcraft grill last night, black mesh on chrome grill, today at work i'll install my BAMF behind the grill light mount and a 20" LED bar that i have.

waiting on a Paranoid Fabrications 6 switch bracket for below the radio.

Eventually will have the 20" behind the grill, a 42" above the windshield, Hood/A-pillar mounted pods for the front lights, underbody rock lights, reserve/rear flood lights and a switch for an air compressor
