    I second Gregory's Driveline... but why not just order a preassembled unit? I think them guys that make the 2nd Gen ones also do the 1st gen.

    I just priced the parts including bearings (mine feel notchy) @ $330. I will go junkyard hunting tomorrow. If I fail I'll check with the Florida guys that do the 2nd gen stuff but I know mine is more involved so I expect it will be pricey.

    I was just thinking about some canvas, brass holes and some nice rope to cover the sides and keep some poop out of the back....pretty nautical way to do it.

    The CG AST's do alot of that on the side. My lead CC at basic said he makes boat covers and shit... Once I get to know people I could see if an AST wants to sow some canvase covers up
