    Finishing up a nasty job today. Had to go in and remove a lot of fibreglass insulation out of a house that was full of mouse droppings. They got into a bedroom wall and made a mess of the insulation so had to pull it all out too and then vacuum up everything.

    We also added rigid foam board insulation to the two walls we could get to and sheeted it with osb. Previous contractor used 1/4" open cell foam wrap to "seal" up the walls.

    We found some nasty stuff in the floor of our camper...

    Would you recommend sticking with the fiberglass insulation or going to that rigid foam stuff?

    Yep, but I work night shift from 10 PM to 7 AM. I take a short (2-3 hr) nap in the morning after I get home; and a longer (4-5 hr) nap in the afternoon/evening before I go to work.

    For a trailer, the rigid foam would offer a higher r-value then the thin layer of fibreglass insulation that you would use. Plus you wouldn't have to worry as much about moisture issues with it as long as you use a closed cell foam
