    I work at toyota and we have a machine for that, it cleans the powersteering pump and lines and makes sure there isn't any clogs

    Stuff and things that make it better.
    Use pressurized air then clean it with power steering fluid, but if it's dirty more than likely it's due to the internal break down of your hoses, I'd replace them first.
