Bro...it rained this past weekend and then my daughter had a swim meet... My buddy ordered a 4 Axis CNC machine and it's inbound right now... He's gonna do some CAD work and design an aluminum bracket that will work with the rack in the front to support the 50" radius light bar I have. We'll see how that turns out first and take it from there... I'll keep you posted! The side-lights are in a limbo status until I figure out the front solution first.

Meanwhile., I'll be getting my Mr. Heater hot water/pump this week to incorporate the Front Runner water tank I just bought for showers in the field.. Plus I have a Wolfpack cargo box and brackets coming in this week as well. Got a 4WD trip in 2 weeks, so trying to get some things in order with what I got for now... Lights have to wait unfortunately...

Bro...I'm prob gonna order the E2 40" like yours for the front. Is the bracket you have the one that comes with it? I wanna make sure, so I don't have to order separately...

 

Mike...are these mounting brackets in the E2 light Bar kit?? Also curious as to what appears to be a rubber isolator on the back fins of the light bar?

 

Those are the stock mounts and the rubber isolators are to help with wind noise. They come in the KIT. As you can see with the mounts, I turned them inward. Don't forget to get some M6 hardware and a drill bit to go through the aluminum. Also, the DEUTSCH connectors come apart if you decide to drill through the roof for mounting. This enables yu to make the hole smaller then reassemble once through the roof.

 

I was following you until you got to the Deutsch (German) connector.... I didn't think drilling through the roof was a requirement with your setup..

 

the end of the connector that RIGID sends is called a Deutsch connector. You can run the wire down the windshield moulding like lots of people do or drill through the roof under the weather stripping on the top. Just like you had to punch a hole in the strip to mount the rack. You punch another small hole to run the wire through. Then drill a hole and seal it with black RTV sealant.

 

Lets see the switches for all these glorious lights and accessories.

 

Stopping power. Necessity right?. Anyone used a 15"/ 380mm disk before? 6 piston caliper?

Ahh...got ya! I already have the wire in place from my previous light bar and yes...it runs up the channel along the window. Prob just splice in the deutsch connector to the loose wire and connect it to the Rigid. Easy Breezy... The E2 comes in this afternoon and I plan on mounting it the same way you have yours... Thanks for the blueprint...
