I'll probably go, that's not too far from me. Heard back from our realtor last night, didn't get the Saginaw house.

That sucks, there are a few new builds and existing in our neighborhood. I work nights and you're welcome to come to the house and we'll drive around and look at them.

Yeah, but it needed a lot of love. So we bid super low.
This being our first, I think new construction isn't in the cards for us. But I'll definitely look online and see what's near you.

There are several existing homes built in the last 10-12yrs for sale in our neighborhood. Not just new, great neighborhood too.

It seems that a lot of the new construction is cheaper than the homes in established neighborhoods.

Best bet is to find something that is 6-10 years old though.

No factual evidence here, just was I seem to have noticed.

I went to the TTR meet tonight and made plans to go with a few of them to go to Barnwell Mountain on Saturday. A few of my friends from Louisiana and at least two other rigs from here will be there. Those of us from here will be camping Saturday night and coming back Sunday. If anyone would like it join it's a good chance to see if you truck is ready for Jamboree without all the trails slammed.

Just look at the build thread
Wish I could go but I wouldn't even be able to Be there until 6pm Saturday. Not worth the drive for me. I'll just stay home and work on the truck. And as long as you wheel real trails you won't see much traffic at Jambo. Most of those FJ web wheelers tend to stick to the main roads and level 1 trails.

Don't forget your sunglasses for at night at Jambo. The FJs turn on their zombie lights and drive around.
