Avid bolt holes in angle iron mounting plate

View from back side of passenger's side angle iron mounting plate, the side that butts against mounting flange on aluminum frame rail extension. Bottom hole as received (unmodified), top hole widened 3/16in to adjust for excess width of my frame.
