Okay, so your truck's wiring is more complex than my brain - so what?

Mmmm.. gotta love yellow tops! thats a nice, clean wiring setup.. what kinda ends are those? monster? and whats the ground wire going to? i never had to use mine for my system in my old vehicle

They are StreetWires terminals. It is an additional ground wire. The stock wiring is on the side posts, which you can't really see. When running big accessories like stereo amps you need to upgrade both the positive wires and the negative wires. It's a circuit. What goes out must come in. If you leave your ground wires stock then you have a weak link in your circuit.

Where did your run the extra grounds to?

I ran bigger grounds to the chassis and to the block. I also have an extra charing cable coming from the alternator, and 1/0 gauge going to my stereo amps. If you add big power wires then you also need to add some big ground wires, otherwise your stock ground wires will be the weak link in your electrical system. What goes out must come in, and that's the purpose of the ground wires.
