do you know what model it is? are you trying to decide between the 2 mountain bikes? it looks like the Fuji has hydraulic disk brakes and the diamond back has mechanical disk. so that would be a plus for the fuji. diamond back is what they call a second tier type bike company and Fuji will be a first tier type company that meaning Fuji's bikes and parts will be a little higher quality due to more revenue and therefor can put more money into r&d and team riders. i worked at visalia cyclery for 7+ years and know little about Fuji. but we did sell diamondback. pm me if you have any questions. i too myself have been wanting a mountain bike since i dont ride my bmx bike at all anymore because im fat and lazy. where would you want to ride? we used to ride skyline in 3 rivers quite a bit.
