Pop & Lock Power TailGate Locker Install

Here I've completed the actuator install, bolted it down, and snapped the lock rod back into its red clip. Notice in this picture I've pulled the actuator bolt out so that it's no longer in the locked position -- this way I can still open and close it as normal until I get the power connected to it by business that is installing the security system and the new head unit. I've been told that I'll be able to use the "trunk unlock" button feature to unlock my tailgate. If that's actually not possible though I'll just hook it up to one of the passenger doors that unlock with a double tap on the key fob so that it unlocks with the same process.
