Road Trip

Night time view, cold windy, Hwy 191, south of Rock Springs, WY headed south to Vernal, Utah on east side of Flaming Gorge NRA. - no semis allowed on this highway (high winds) - rarely maintained in the winter, saw only two vehicles in 3 hours.
