Tension Testing With Ratchet Driver

Reeved drum with thin 5000 lb strapping to get 20 feet of available wind-up. Winch gearing is 4:1 and ordinary 1/2" drive ratchet provides torque. I saw one of these made in Australia and the builder used synthetic winch cable on the drum to get a much longer reach.
