So the right-side knob (non-Entune radio) responsible for station tune and balance/fade/treble/bass does nothing when I push it to adjust the balance/fade/treble/bass. I can select the radio frequency by rotating the dial, but nothing else happens. Is it defective or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the replies. I did read the OM, and tried the set-up button first, but it won't toggle between functions. No big deal, I'll just stop by the dealer sometime.
