I am in need to replace my struts 112k miles........ I currently have Billys w/ eibach coils. I am going to order 5100's but do I set them at 2.5 w. stock coils or .85 w/ the Eibachs?

What are the pro's and cons?

    Thanks
    Otto

How much lift are you trying to achieve? I have Billy's set at 0 with the 2.5" eibach and love it. I've never run Billy's at 2.5" but I haven't heard good things about it. Hope this helps!

2.5 I cannot for the life of me remember what my billys are set at w/ the eibachs. I will find out when I take them apart. I want to replace the billys and I am not sure if I should keep the same set up or go w/ the stock coils which I took off at 30K.

If it's working why change it?

Set @.85 w/ eibachs to achieve 2.5". 5100's can't withstand much preloading of heavier lift coil.

Well if you keep the Billy's and go with stock coils you're gonna lose the lift, eibach also makes a 2.5 inch coil with 600 pound spring rate so you could set Billy's at 0 with those coils and still keep 2.5" with no preload on the shocks
