    This. I *HATE* disassembly and only do it when necessary, because sometimes it's just damned impossible to get something (especially if held together by plastic clippage) back to factory fit and finish after you take it apart.

    I work at a dealer and we've had a few customers who needed a new motor or transmisson at 5000 mi and didn't want the vehicle back after for that exact reason. I agree with them 100%. I know how it goes when dissasembling and reassembling anything, it will never be like it was from the factory.

    They could have bent it when transporting it to the dealer from the factory. It happens when the idiot transporter chains it down way to tight to his truck.
