    My first Toyota, my first 4x, but my 6th truck! Was looking for a "smaller" truck since i dont carry a construction site anymore in my semi-retired yrs. This access cab taco is the perfact balance of storage, payload,mpg's(hopefully),projected reliability, and 4x capability. And I went against charector and got some nice things too. This big touch screen radio thingy w bluetooth is cool. Hope to have it a long time.

    Welcome aboard! A wealth of info on here. I got my first new truck (2013 Tacoma access cab, 6' bed, V6 4x4 automatic) two weeks ago. I have already removed the dealer plate, installed the pipe-clamp tailgate security mod, the sliding rear window "piece of painted plywood in the track" security mod, and have sent off for hood struts.

    The mod bug has bitten, but I'm starting slowly. So as suggested, get some stock pics...you will need them to be your "before" photos.
