2017 TRD OFF-ROAD

hey guys I have a 17 Tacoma with Jbl. I live in Germany so the entune apps I paid for don’t work and neither does the Nav. Can I just swap out the jbl head unit with a harness and mistro from crutch field? Or is there more to it. My end goal is better sound and apple car play.
